I download so much crap that they say will INCREASE Internet Speed
and yours is the only one that has worked. I have a 56k Modem and my download speed
was only 2900-3600 bps but since I found and used your program it has INCREASED
to 5000+ bps. I recon you have hit the nail on the head with this program and will

values in order to increase internet speed.
If these settings are not correctly optimized then you will not get the best performance
